Scott has had big wins including a $38 million dollar jury verdict. He obtained a class action settlement on behalf of another case worth $43 million. The trial that stands out for him was suing on behalf of a small class of apartment renters, who were being overcharged $25.00. Rather then settle up and refund the overcharges, totaling $350.00 the defendants elected to fight the case. Scott obtained and $80,000.00 jury trial verdict against them.

He is licensed in California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted before the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and various federal district courts across the country.
