Scott Borison devotes his time, energy, passion and over 30 years of experience as a lawyer to representing consumers to see they receive the protections they are entitled to under the law and help them enforce the rights they have against debt buyers, debt collectors, lenders, banks and mortgage companies. He has represented thousands of consumers across the country in trials and appeals. Many of his cases are cutting edge and have resulted in over 100 cases chosen to be published by courts. His trial experience includes trying class actions and individual cases before state and federal courts.

Scott has had big wins including a $38 million dollar jury verdict. He obtained a class action settlement on behalf of another case worth $43 million. The trial that stands out for him was suing on behalf of a small class of apartment renters, who were being overcharged $25.00. Rather then settle up and refund the overcharges, totaling $350.00 the defendants elected to fight the case. Scott obtained and $80,000.00 jury trial verdict against them.

He is licensed in California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted before the 1^st, 3^rd, 4^th, 7^th, 8^th, 9^th, 10^th and 11^th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and various federal district courts across the country.
